I just signed up with Idyllwild Vacation Cabin Rentals in Nov., 2017. Because I live out of state, the thought of managing a vacation cabin from afar was daunting. Martha Sanchez was warm, professional and I instantly liked her. She answered all my questions and later that day came to Pine Cove to see my cabin. Martha loved the cabin and made a suggestion to switch the art over the mantle, to give the cabin a more rustic feel. I took her advice and the small change made a big difference. My cabin rented for 24 days through the holidays and is now filling up for 2018. I once called her with a concern and she instantly addressed my concern. I visited in January and was impressed with not only, how clean the cabin was, but how nice it is for the renters to have the heat on, the deck cleaned off snow or pine needles, and the hot tub ready to jump it. Martha, her son, Christopher and Martha’s mother, (as well as the whole housekeeping team) are like partners, or caretakers and more than earn their share of the rental fees. D. & M. D. |

My wife and I began renting our cabin through Martha and Idyllwild Vacation Cabins in 2011 and it was the best decision we ever made with our cabin. We were initially hesitant in renting it out as we weren't sure how well the cabin would be taken care of with people we didn't know using it. After looking at a few rental companies in Idyllwild, it was abundantly clear that Martha was the best choice. She took a personal interest in our cabin and has in many ways treated it as her own in going out of her way to making it look great for renters. She runs her business in many ways like a nice hotel with even the linens being folded fancifully by her cleaning crew. She keeps us well informed of anything that needs our attention and often handles many items on her own behind the scenes. Without question, she dedicates more time to her clients and their cabins than the competition. We could not be any happier with Martha and Idyllwild Vacation Cabins. Tony S |

Brighton Log Cabin
I had been very frustrated with other Idyllwild vacation property managers. So, on the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Martha at Idyllwild Vacation Cabins. She was already familiar with my cabin and told me she had long been interested in including it in her portfolio. From day one, I have been impressed with Martha. She means what she says and she says what she means. So, on that day, she told me she’d be by in 15 minutes to check out the property and 15 minutes later, she was at my door. Unlike with previous agents, my cabin is rented A LOT – as in most of the time I am not there. Her staff maintains the cabin and keeps it clean and in good working condition inside and out. If there’s a problem, she notifies me immediately. I travel all over the world for business and, unfortunately, don’t get to Idyllwild as often as I would like. When I do have the chance to spend time there, it’s like checking into a well-maintained, immaculate hotel room. But when I’m not there, I never have to worry about my little log cabin on the hill. I trust that it is in the best of hands with Martha Sanchez and Idyllwild Vacation Cabins. G. B. |
